Community-wide food demand is scaled by India-specific wastage factors to determine the quantity of production serving urban demand. Food waste generation quantities for residents (solid and liquid waste) is also reported.\n\nWater, GHG and land impacts are reported for agricultural production (both in- and transboundary)\nserving urban demand.
